Hand delivered Quilt entries, Challenge Block entries and Consignment items will be accepted June 13-14, 2020 between 10:00 am - 4:00 pm at the Council Elementary School, 202 Michigan Street, multi-purpose room.

June 16, 2020 (Tuesday)
Community Award sponsors choose their favorite quilt on the evening of Tuesday, June 16, 2020, between 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Quilts chosen will display the sponsored award for the duration of the quilt show from June 17 - July 6, 2020.
If a choice is not made by Monday, June 22, 2020, the quilt show will accept the sponsor’s $25.00 as a donation.
July 6 & 7, 2020 (Monday & Tuesday)
Quilts cannot be removed before 6:30 pm on Monday, July 6, 2020.
Quilts will not be released to anyone other than entrant without their written permission.
Pick-up times are Monday, July 6, 2020 between 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm and Tuesday, July 7, 2020 between 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
Quilts left after 2:30 pm on Tuesday July 7, 2020 without arrangements for return postage, will be returned COD, unless alternate arrangements were previously made.
Council Quilt Show
Entry Form and Quilt Label
Each quilt must have its OWN entry form AND a label either sewn or securely pinned to the quilt.
Only school aged youth (K-12) are eligible for this category.
Theme Quilts must reflect some aspect of the theme and have a paragraph describing how it fits the theme.
Challenge blocks must be 12 1/2 inches square, unfinished.
A piece of the challenge fabric must be used in the block.
Each block must have an explanation how it fits the theme.
Sales Tables - Consignments
Consignment sales tables are available for folded quilts, arts and crafts. Consignments are not voted on.
Persons wishing to sell items at the quilt show can bring those items on June 13, 14, 15, 2020 between 10:00 am - 4:00 pm at the Council Elementary School, 202 Michigan Street, multi-purpose room.
Each item entered for sale must be securely tagged with an identifying number and sale price.
All items entered must be listed on the Consignment Inventory sheet with the identifying number and sales price.
The Quilt Show charges a 20% consignment fee on any item sold.
Consignment items not sold must be picked up on Monday, July 6, 2020 between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm and Tuesday, July 7, 2020 between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm.
